About the service

Who is eligible for membership?

The Perkopolis Employee Discount Program is available to employees of all registered companies. To find out if you are eligible for membership please check with your Human Resources department or Association representative.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to register and create a user name and password to access the site and service. To register, you will need to fill out your name, email address, Member ID Code, and Company. Please check on your corporate intranet or with your Human Resources department if you do not know your Member ID code. You can also contact Perkopolis to obtain your Member ID Code.

Can my family and friends use Perkopolis?

Although membership is exclusive to those companies or associations that are registered with Perkopolis, you are welcome to order on behalf of friends and family.

How much is the discount?

Most products and services offered through Perkopolis will be at a lower rate than direct retail purchase. Tickets are discounted 10 - 65%. On occasion Perkopolis will offer premium tickets to shows/events that are in high demand. In this case, tickets will be sold for slightly more than retail. These tickets will clearly identified as being Premium and not Discounted. Other discounts range from 15% up to 75% and are exclusive to Perkopolis members.

Delivery

How are tickets delivered, and is there a delivery charge?

There are a number of delivery options available to members:

  • Standard Canada Post - 5-7 business days - $2.25
  • E-ticket - $1.95 (available for specified items ONLY!)
  • Express Post Regional (ON & QC) - 1-2 business days - $10.95
  • Express Post National - 2-3 business days - $15.99
  • Pick up at Perkopolis office - no charge
  • Box Office Pick up - no charge (within two weeks of a performance/event ONLY!)

      Perkopolis is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information input by purchaser or misdirection by the carrier.

      Please note:
      We suggest all orders with a value of $150 or greater be sent by Express Post as they are assigned a delivery confirmation number and can be traced through Canada Post. Perkopolis is not responsible for lost or stolen purchases.
    1. How long does it take to receive tickets?

      Attraction / Movie tickets are kept in stock and will be sent out by the Delivery Method selected within 48 hours (business days Monday-Friday) of the receipt of your order.
      Theatre / Concert / Sport tickets are printed by the box office and will be sent out by the Delivery Method selected within approximately 2 weeks of the Performance Date.
      An email notification will be sent confirming the mailing date of all tickets purchased. Every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery.

      What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?

      If you have not received your tickets for a specific date within 2 business days of the event date, please contact our office at 416-236-4985 or 1-800-761-7523 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. In many instances, we can make alternate arrangements for you. Though Perkopolis is not responsible for any lost or stolen purchases, we will make every attempt to assist where possible.

      Shipping Address

      Tickets cannot be replaced if an incomplete or inaccurate address is supplied to Perkopolis.

      Payment

      What payment methods are available?

      Orders submitted using the website must be paid by credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We do not accept cheques.

      If necessary, you can visit our office and provide cash payment (exact change is required, we do not carry cash on premises). It is also possible to pay using your debit card at our office. Please note: we cannot guarantee orders without payment.

      What about taxes and service charges?

      Taxes as well as service charges are included unless specified.

      Are there refunds on tickets?

      All tickets are sold as final sale. There are no refunds, cancellations (unless advised by the vendor), exchanges or date changes. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

      What are Perkopolis' hours of operation?

      Perkopolis is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Calls that are made outside operating hours will be returned the following business day. Messages left later on Friday or during the weekend will be returned on Monday.

      Who do I contact if I need assistance or if I experience problems with the website?

      If you require assistance while placing an order or if you experience any problems while using the Perkopolis website, you should contact Perkopolis directly. During regular business hours (Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST) we can be reached online directly from the website via Live Chat located at the top left hand side of the screen.       How can I provide feedback?

      We welcome and encourage your feedback, comments and suggestions. All comments and feedback can be provided via email at customerservice@perkopolis.com or by phone at (416) 236-4985, 1-800-761-7523.

      What happens if a show or event is cancelled?

      If an event is cancelled by the performers or venue, we will provide you with a full refund, presuming that the event has not been rescheduled. The terms and conditions will vary by vendor. Please contact Perkopolis at (416) 236-4985 for full details.

      Tickets cannot be replaced if an incomplete or inaccurate address is supplied to Perkopolis.

      It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that they have entered the correct e-mail address. Perkopolis will not accept any responsibility for any messages that have not been read by the client.

      If our e-mail has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by opening our e-mail and clicking on the 'Not spam' or 'this is not spam' button.
