Who is eligible for membership?

The Perkopolis Program is available to employees and/or members of all registered companies. To find out if you are eligible for membership please check with your Human Resources department or Association representative.

If you are interested in becoming a registered company with Perkopolis please visit our corporate website at http://corporate.perkopolis.com/programs/ and complete the Request More Information form.

Can my family and friends use Perkopolis?

Although membership is exclusive to those companies or associations that are registered with Perkopolis, you are welcome to order on behalf of friends and family.

Who do I contact if I need assistance or if I experience problems with the Perkopolis website?

If you require assistance while placing an order or if you experience any problems while using the Perkopolis website, you should contact Perkopolis directly. During regular business hours, we can be reached online directly from the website via Live Chat located at the top left hand side of the screen. The telephone numbers to reach us are (416) 236-4985 or 1-800-761-7523. Voice messaging is also available, so please leave a message and we will respond promptly. How can I provide feedback?

We welcome and encourage your feedback, comments and suggestions. All comments and feedback can be provided via email at customerservice@perkopolis.com or by phone at (416) 236-4985, 1-800-761-7523.

How fast will the tickets be received once purchased?

Delivery of your tickets varies based on your attraction or event selection. Some tickets are only delivered as e-tickets and others are only delivered by Standard Canada Post. Please visit the FAQ section on the item page for detailed information about the available delivery method. There are a number of factors in securing your tickets and the details about the timing of your tickets vary based upon your ticket selection. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Are there refunds on tickets?

All tickets are sold as final sale. There are no refunds, cancellations (unless advised by the vendor), exchanges or date changes. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Address / Email Address

Tickets cannot be replaced if an incomplete or inaccurate mailing address and/or incorrect email is supplied to Perkopolis.

It is the responsibility of the person making a purchase to ensure that they have entered the correct e-mail address and/or mailing address. Perkopolis will not accept any responsibility for any emails that have not been read by the client.

If our e-mail has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by adding our email address to your contact list.

It is the responsibility of the person making the purchase to inform Perkopolis in a timely manner (prior to an event) if they have not received the purchase. Only you know if your purchase has not been received. Perkopolis will not accept any responsibility for any purchases that have not been received by the client for which Perkopolis has not been informed in advance.
