By car: The Capilano Suspension Bridge is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver through Stanley Park, over the Lions Gate Bridge and north 1.6km on Capilano Road. From the Trans-Canada Highway, heading west, take the Capilano Road exit #14 and travel north 800m.

By public transit: Depart from Waterfront Station Vancouver on the Seabus heading Northbound to Lonsdale Quay Seabus Station. Transfer to bus #236 “Grouse Mountain” located at Bay 8. Take this bus to the Capilano Suspension Bridge (3735 Capilano Road). Transit time is approximately 30 minutes . A free year-round shuttle operates from downtown Vancouver. Peak season May to September, 15 minute frequency and off season October to April, hourly departures.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm) of your request. An email confirmation will be sent the day your order has been sent out or made available for pick up.

What are my delivery options?

• Standard Canada Post: 2-7 business days depending on your location.

• Express Post: 2-3 business days.

• E-tickets (Available Monday-Friday / From 9am-4pm).

• Pick up at Perkopolis office: 3080 Yonge Street, Suite 5000 Toronto, Ontario, M4N 3N1 (same day pickup is available, please call to confirm stock availability.)

• Box Office Pickup is NOT available for this offer.

When will I receive my E-Tickets? (Available Monday-Friday / From 9am-4pm)

E-tickets are not sent instantly, and are processed manually during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. While we make every effort to expedite all ticket orders we are limited by the response time of our e-ticket vendors. Our standard processing guideline for all ticket orders is the same business day by 5:00pm for orders placed between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

How will I receive my E-Tickets? (Available Monday-Friday / From 9am-4pm)

You will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail is the confirmation of your order. The first e-mail is not your e-ticket and it is not valid for admission. The second e-mail will be sent the same business day by 5:00pm for orders placed between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday. This second e-mail will contain an attachment with your tickets. Make sure you print each individual ticket rather than one ticket more than once. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher, commonly found on most computers. If you do not have it, download it for FREE at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. You will need to print the tickets and bring them for admission.

What about taxes and service charges?

Taxes as well as any service charges have been included in the price of many of the tickets and items on our website. There are cases where the taxes are charged at checkout and this is listed on the item prior to purchase.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 4:00pm will be processed on the next business day.

All tickets are sold as final sale. There are no refunds, cancellations (unless advised by the vendor), exchanges or date changes.
