• The maximum daily redemption amount per customer per day is $999.
• eGift Cards must be redeemed in mall for a physical Oxford Gift Card PLUS to make a purchase at a mall retailer.
• To redeem your digital eGift code, please visit the Guest Experience Desk at the Oxford mall of your choice to convert your eGift Card for a physical mall Gift Card.
• Oxford eGifts do not expire and there are no fees attached.
• Oxford eGift cards are non-refundable.
• Oxford eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Once an eGift code has been redeemed for a physical gift card that code is deemed invalid.
• Oxford eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Oxford Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Oxford eGift Cards.
