Please review our Terms and Conditions for booking, cancellation and refund policies:
- At the time of booking, full payment is required to secure your spot. If you are unable to provide payment at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee your spot.
- In the event of unforeseen facility closures such as Covid 19 closure, snow days, etc, credit will be applied for the cancelled booking.
- Be sure that your email is accurate in our booking system to ensure cancellation notifications are received.

Cancellations:
Full Credit will be provided for bookings that provide more than 24 hours cancellation notice.
A $10.00 cancelation fee will be charged for no shows & cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Refunds will not be provided for missed or canceled bookings.

Participant Waivers:
If this is you or your child's first visit to Steel Peak Climbing & Ninja, please fill out our ONLINE WAIVER FORM prior to the start of the session. For minors aged 17 and under, a waiver must be completed by a parent or court appointed legal guardian. Waiver forms completed by acquaintances or other family members will not be accepted. If a waiver form for the minor is not completed prior to the start of your session, your child will not be able to participate until one is completed, without exceptions.
