Toronto FC

Toronto FC became Major League Soccer's 13th team and began playing in April 2007. The name "Toronto FC" was selected for its simplicity. The acronym FC is synonymous with soccer and great soccer clubs around the world who chose to emphasize their cities' names. The logo integrates a traditional shield with contemporary imagery. The red and white kits the players wear display our Canadian connection. The Toronto FC name allows our fans to adopt a nickname that truly reflects the team character that develops this inaugural season.

POLICIES: No re-entry is permitted after you have exited BMO Field gates. Children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket. Any purses or briefcases that are larger than 14"x14"x6" and all backpacks will not be allowed into the building. Recommended bags that are permitted are single pouch drawstring bags that are within the allowed dimensions. This policy will be strictly enforced and BMO Field is unable to store oversized or prohibited items. An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

When will I receive my tickets?

Ordering 2 weeks ahead or more: Tickets ordered 2 weeks prior to the show date will be delivered by the method you choose upon checkout (Standard Canada Post, Express Post, pickup at Perkopolis office - charges may apply). Tickets will arrive approximately 2 weeks prior to the performance, as we are currently on a printing schedule with the Box Office. A confirmation email will be sent the day your tickets are sent out or made available for pick up. E-tickets are NOT available.

Ordering within 2 weeks: Tickets purchased less than 2 weeks prior to the date will be available for pickup at the theatre Box Office only. Specific instructions on when the tickets are available and how to pick them up will be sent by Email Confirmation within 2 business days after an order is placed. Only the name on the reservation can pick up the tickets at the Box Office.
A photo ID is required at the Box Office.

Where will my exact seats be?
Because of the popularity and limited availability for event tickets- specific sections, rows and seats cannot be provided prior to purchase. The general seating area or Category is located in the Price Legend on Perkopolis.com and a seating diagram is provided. We work very hard to make the best possible seats available to you, including reserving seats prior to public on-sale in many cases.

Your exact seating locations will be sent by Email Confirmation within 2 business days of your purchase. Seating is always the best available at the time your order is placed. Seats are assigned side by side (unless otherwise stipulated).

Please note: All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

What if I cannot attend an event that I purchased on Perkopolis.com?
We are unable to provide a refund or an exchange for unused tickets. Once an order is placed and confirmed, you are responsible for the purchase. All event ticket reservations are final.

What if I need to change the name on the reservation for box office pickup?
There is a $5 service charge to change the name on a confirmed ticket reservation. A name change can only be done once a specific reservation.


Why is the price printed on my ticket different than what I paid?
Perkopolis negotiates discounted pricing with each venue directly. Generally, there is a small service fee added to the price of each ticket. Occasionally, the price printed on your tickets may be different than the price you paid. The price on your ticket may reflect the discounted price we were able to negotiate with a venue, depending on the accounting procedures of each venue. We will always clearly state the regular price and discounted price on our website for your reference.
