Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors are a professional basketball team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They are part of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Basketball Association. The team was established in 1995, along with the Vancouver Grizzlies, as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada. When the Grizzlies relocated to Memphis, Tennessee in 2001, the Raptors became the only Canadian team in the NBA. They originally played their home games at SkyDome, before moving to Scotiabank Arena in 1999.

Questions you may have about your theatre tickets:

Why is the price printed on my ticket different from what I paid?
Entertainment vendors (such as Mirvish Productions) are required by law to print the wholesale price on the tickets. This price does not include the fees that they charge to merchants like Perkopolis.

You can verify that the location of your seats are in the correct price range by comparing the section and row printed on your tickets with the publicly posted pricing categories on either or the website of the vendor (e.g. Mirvish). For the sake of comparison, please note: vendor websites do not generally add taxes and service charges until you are ready to checkout, whereas Perkopolis’ advertised pricing includes all taxes and fees.

When will I receive my tickets?
All Disney on Ice and Cirque du Soleil performances as well as Mirvish Productions performance dates marked as Perky’s Picks in blue text on the calendar are group purchase dates. These dates will provide you the most value for your dollar as we have pre-purchased tickets in bulk for our members. However, please bear in mind that the vendor will not release these tickets to us until 1 to 2 weeks prior to the performance. As soon as they are available, we will forward them to you by email or inform you that they are available for pickup at our office, depending on your chosen method of delivery.

If you are ordering a Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil or Perky’s Pick performance within 1 week of the show, your tickets will be forwarded to you within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

Tickets for all other shows will be forwarded to you within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

Where will my exact seats be?
Because of the popularity and limited availability for event tickets­ specific sections, rows and seats cannot be provided prior to purchase. In most cases, the seating is assigned by the vendor and we do not have access to specific seat inventory until after you make your purchase. The general seating area or Category is located in the Price Legend on and a seating diagram is provided. We work very hard to make the best possible seats available to you, including reserving seats prior to public on sale in many cases.

Your exact seating locations will be sent by Email Confirmation within 2 business days of your purchase. Seating is always the best available at the time your order is placed. Seats are assigned side by side (unless otherwise stipulated).

The most effective way to ensure you get the best seats is to place your order online as soon as you know that you would like to attend an event. Seats are assigned sequentially within price sections, meaning the sooner you order, the closer to the front and centre your seats will be. Online orders are always given priority over orders submitted any other way.

Please note that all tickets are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

What if I cannot attend an event that I booked on
We are unable to provide a refund or an exchange for unused tickets. Once an order is placed and confirmed, you are responsible for the purchase. All event ticket reservations are final.

Regarding weather, theatres are committed to honouring performance schedules. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. We regret that tickets not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays or TTC closures cannot be refunded or exchanged.

It is the responsibility of the person making the purchase to inform Perkopolis in a timely manner (prior to the event) if they have not received the purchase. Only you know if your purchase has not been received. Perkopolis will not accept any responsibility for any purchases that have not been received by the client for which Perkopolis has not been informed.

** Please note: Beginning with the 2018-2019 season, print-at-home PDF tickets will no longer be accepted-at-Scotiabank Arena. You will receive another email from Perkopolis through Ticketmaster with your e-tickets. You must claim your tickets prior to the game. Ticketmaster will send you a reminder email closer to the event date if your tickets have not been claimed. This transfer offer will expire if not claimed prior to the start of your game. Please contact Perkopolis within 2 business days of your event date if you are unable to access your electronic tickets. Please visit our website for hours and days of operation.
