Discounts vary based on airline and routes; discounts are not available on Basic Economy fares.

How do I receive my ticket copy & confirmation?
As soon as the booking is confirmed, a copy of your itinerary and confirmation number are sent to the email address used during the booking.

I have received the confirmation but haven’t received the ticket copy.
After ticket confirmation, it takes approximately 30 minutes to receive your ticket, however it can take up to 24 hours.

How can I make changes to an existing reservation?
All changes can be done with the support team via email or phone. All changes are subject to a change in cost if there is a difference in airfare, plus any applicable service fees.

How do I make a Special Services Request?
All special service requests need to be done via the support team. Requests are made directly with the airline and are dependent on the airline’s policies. E.i.: - Wheelchair, Basinet, Unaccompanied minor etc.

What do I do with a schedule change notification?
If it’s a minor change of less than 20 minutes, these are notified to you, but accepted automatically. In case of a major schedule change, you will receive a notification along with an alternate option. If the alternative options are not acceptable, please reach out to the support team for assistance.

What do I do if my name is spelled incorrectly? Name corrections are not permitted by most airlines. If you notice an error, please reach out to the support team, including a copy of your passport or government accepted ID, and we will try to assist.

How can I cancel my booking?
Please check your confirmation first, as many fares are nonrefundable. If your fare is refundable, please reach out to our support team via email or phone for assistance.

How do I get my refund?
If you booked a refundable fare, it could take up to 14 business days to receive. Please refunds are dependent on the Airline’s internal process. Exceptional cases may take up to 60-90 days.

What happens if my card is declined?
If your card is declined for payment, you will receive a notification by email. You will be provided an embedded link to update your card details. You must provide an alternate card within the same day to avoid fare changes. You can also contact the support team.

What if my fare changes before ticketing?
Fares are dynamic in nature and not guaranteed until ticketed. You can request or coordinate with the support team to help you find alternate options within your budget.

How do I raise a dispute for incorrect charges or duplicate charges?
You may reach our support team to raise any dispute related to incorrect charges, duplicate charges, and/or if the transaction is not authorized by you. We do the investigation and try to resolve the same on high priority. However, reversals may take up to 14 business for any incorrect charges.

What are multiple flight itineraries?
Multiple flight itineraries will have tickets issued for more than one airline; therefore, two separate rules will be applicable because of the different rules and policies for each airline. This includes different fees for baggage, changes, and refunds. In case of schedule changes or cancelations, you must comply with each airline’s terms and conditions separately. None of the airline segments will be linked together to comply with each other policies.

Why does my card statement show multiple charges?
In some scenarios, your statement may show multiple charges the same booking. The charges are based on airline payment policies and will equal the amount quoted at time of booking. If you have any queries, please reach out to our support team.
