Who is eligible for membership?
The Perkopolis Program is available to employees and/or members of all registered companies. To find out if you are eligible for membership please check with your Human Resources department or Association representative.

How do I register on Perkopolis.com?
Perkopolis membership is offered through your company/association. To create an account, click ‘register’ in the top right corner. Enter your corporate email and you will be sent a follow up email to confirm your email address, once received you can complete the online registration and login to access your savings!
If you don’t have a corporate email, use your personal email and enter the unique code provided by your organization.

Can my family and friends use Perkopolis?
Although membership is exclusive to those companies or associations that are registered with Perkopolis, you are welcome to order on behalf of friends and family.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 4:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, from 9am EST to 5pm EST excluding statutory holidays.
While we work to ensure that product information is correct, our suppliers can update their pricing and availabilities without notice. In this case, we will contact you as soon as we are notified.
Who do I contact if I need assistance or if I experience problems with the Perkopolis website?
If you require assistance while placing an order or if you experience any problems while using the Perkopolis website, you should contact Perkopolis directly. Our regular business hours are Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm EST, the telephone numbers to reach us are (416) 236-4985 or 1-800-761-7523. Voice messaging is also available, so please leave a message and we will respond promptly. If you wish you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are my delivery options?
The following options are available on our website:
• Standard Canada Post: 2-7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Post: 2-3 business days.
• E-tickets (Available Monday-Friday / From 9am-4pm EST).
• Pick up at Perkopolis office: 3080 Yonge Street, Suite 4010 Toronto, Ontario, M4N 3N1
(Available Monday-Friday / From 9am-5pm EST. Same day pickup is available, please call to confirm stock availability).
*Please note that there are some specificities on some items. Please check the FAQ tab of your event or item for availability.
*Please note that for hard stock items, such as: Cineplex tickets or Dave and Busters cards, if the order exceeds $150 (after taxes) the items are shipped by Express Canada Post only.
*Please note that we only ship within Canada.
How fast will the tickets be received once purchased?
There are a number of factors in securing your tickets and the details about the timing of your tickets vary based upon your ticket selection.Some tickets are only delivered as e-tickets, while others have specific shipment requirements. Please visit the FAQ section on the item page for detailed information about the available delivery method. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. Tickets are processed during business hours. Orders placed on Saturday after 3pm EST will be processed the following Monday.
Are there refunds on tickets or items?
All tickets are sold as final sale. There are no refunds, cancellations (unless advised by the vendor), exchanges or date changes. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. For events and performances once your order has been billed and your seats have been reserved you are responsible for the purchase.
Regarding weather, theatres are committed to honoring performance schedules. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. We regret that tickets not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays or TTC closures cannot be refunded or exchanged.
What if I don’t receive my ticket or I lost it?
It is the responsibility of the person making the purchase to inform Perkopolis in a timely manner (prior to an event) if they have not received the purchase. Only you know if your purchase has not been received. Perkopolis will not accept any responsibility for any purchases that have not been received by the client, for which Perkopolis has not been informed in advance.
Please ensure you have entered all the correct shipping information. Tickets cannot be replaced if an incomplete or inaccurate mailing address and/or incorrect email is supplied to Perkopolis. If our email has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by adding our email address to your contact list.
What method of payment can I use to purchase?
Please be advised that the system may reject types of cards, such as: visa/Mastercard debits and/or pre-paid/gift cards. Major Credit Cards are preferred, including VISA, AMEX and MC. The system may accept your visa/debit, but please bear in mind that these cards are subject to different terms. When you use a Visa/Debit to make a purchase there is no way for the system to authorize the funds, therefore the funds are debited from your banking account instantly. If Perkopolis needs to amend your order in any way, the authorization amount will re-adjust to the final transaction amount, and a credit for the original authorization will be credited to your account.
*Please note: If you are having issues making a card payment, you can come to our office at 4010-3080 Yonge Street and pay by cash. However, you will need to provide exact cash as we do not provide change
What about taxes and service charges?
Taxes as well as any service charges have been included in the price of many of the tickets and items on our website. However, there are cases where the taxes are charged upon checkout, if so, this information will be listed on the item description prior to purchase. We charge $1.95 + tax for e-tickets and $2.25 + tax for regular mail. The cost also includes our service fees.
Are the prices in CAD?
Perkopolis is a Canadian company, therefore most of all the products/ tickets we sell are in Canadian funds. However, there are a few instances where you would pay in USD. For some vendors, we host external links on our website via third-party suppliers who only accept USD funds. Please read product description prior to ordering.
Why can’t I login to Perkopolis Hotels if I am already registered on Perkopolis.com?
The hotel site is a separate platform, therefore you must register for perkopolis.com and Perkopolis Hotels separately. You will need to create a different password than the one on Perkopolis.com because the requirements are different. This password must include one number, one uppercase and one special character, for example "%". After creating your new password, we recommend you login to your account on Perkopolis.com and you can update your password so that you will have the same login for both websites.
Where can I find my Perkopolis Hotels Member ID Code?
1. Login to your account on www.perkopolis.com
2. Go to the Travel category and click on Hotels
3. Choose the icon for Hotels Worldwide
4. Click on “Get Your Member ID” to reveal the code
5. Copy the code and click "Book a Hotel"
6. You will be redirected to our hotel site: www.hotels.perkopolis.com
