As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, our top priority is health and safety. We’re working hard to maintain operations while also aligning our response to COVID-19 with recommendations outlined by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, as well as the government.
Perkopolis will continue to provide service and support to our members and partners during these challenging times.

Ongoing updates for members regarding cancellation or postponement of events will be provided.
We’re working with our partners to curate relevant offers and communications to our members.
When things eventually improve, and they will, we look forward to getting back to doing what we’ve been doing for years; providing members, their families and friends, with great offers, real savings and memorable experiences.

Theatre, sports, movies, events and attractions
See below our notes on cancelations, postponements, and closures.
If your event has been cancelled, there is no action required of you. You will receive a full refund to the original form of purchase. Due to high volume, however, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Enchantment in Hamilton (March 18-22, 2020)
- Jurassic World Live in Vancouver (May 21-24, 2020)
If your event has been postponed, hold onto your tickets. We are working with ticket providers on rescheduling options. As we get more information, we will contact you at the email you provided at the time of your booking.
- Toronto Raptors, Toronto Marlies, Toronto FC, Toronto Rock: All leagues have suspended play until further notice. Please stay tuned for further communication and updates as we receive them from MLSE.
- Monster Jam: Triple Threat in Hamilton: Postponed Date TBD
- Monster Jam: Triple Threat in Vancouver: Rescheduled for September 19 and 20, 2020 and same show times as the previously scheduled show: Saturday, September 19 at 1PM, Saturday, September 19 at 7PM and Sunday, September 20 at 1PM.
For events that were not postponed or cancelled, we are unable to offer any refunds at this time.
All performances have been suspended effective from the matinee on Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, April 12. Tickets for performances during this time will be refunded. There is nothing you need to do. If you have tickets for a show during this time period, you will receive a full refund to the original form of purchase. Due to high volume, however, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Regarding performances beyond April 12, we will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and will update members on our website.
All 165 theatres across Canada are closed through to April 2, 2020. Passes purchased through Perkopolis are valid for approximately 2 years from date of purchase and can be used when Cineplex theatres re-open.

The park is hopeful to open mid-May or as soon thereafter if possible.
The RBC Family Day scheduled for May 2, 2020 has been cancelled.
Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Orlando Resort theme parks will temporarily close. The closure is effective Monday, March 16 and is anticipated to remain closed through March 31. For customers with tickets for arrival from March 20 to 31, 2020, you will be automatically refunded.
